Methods The keystone of the exchange is method of adventures’ pedagogy, which youngsters find attractive and which enables to learn by using all senses and emotions, so that gain experience and conclusions maintain sustained influence. It is important that during the project approach of experience education was used – huge attention was paid to evaluation and usage of the gained experience into real life. Work in small groups, discussions, buzzing sessions and other methods of non–formal education were used during exchange. |

Results. Participants gained spread and different experience. They had chance to make their own choices and see their realizations. They had chance to realize and analyze also their actions and understand the reasons, while they was contacting with native people and society. There was chance for each participant of exchange to understand that their attitude and actions are not only his/her personality, but also largely are influence and environment from which they are coming from. There was offered an idea that our education, environment from which we are coming from and conditions affect our actions and opinion. Ambience of the exchange was built in the way that every participant was encouraged to try something new - that provided possibility of each participant’s personal development in direct sphere and gave free choice possibilities. |
