Adrien
My name is Adrien, I am french of 19 years old. I come from a city call Angers in the west part of France ( Pays de la Loire ).I spent 7 months in Latvia from June 2007 to January 2008. I choose to come in Latvia to get a new experience and change the daily life that i had in France. The fact to think about what I want to do and take a break after one year at university where i learnt English and German. I really wanted to take my own independance and be more responsible. I will come back in France with more knowledge and stronger than before. When i will be back in France i have a project to go to Morocco and continue to study at the university.
My time in Lativa:
I have a great time in Latvia i can’t regret my choice to be there in EVS. It is a very good experience for me I meet a lot of interstng people from Latvia but also a lot of foreigners from EVS or in the European youth exchanges. I discover a new country with very beautiful place, Riga, Cesis, Liepaja...
I spend my free time to travel. go in celebration like in Sigulda for the 800 birthday of the city, make road trip on the Latvian west coast.
I use this time also for going abroad like in Lithuania and also in Estonia and Russia.
I learn and adapt my behavior to an other culture. Different food, different traditions, language...
It is a good experience for my open minded and my life i am sure that i will becoming stronger in France with a lot of new knowledges in my pocket.
