Projekta kopsavilkums (Project summary)

PROJEKTA KOPSAVILKUMS

PROJECT SUMMARY

This course goal was to help participants to improve there knowledge and skills on how to work and to understand better intercultural youth groups or youth from different European countries. Basic idea of this learning course was to connect theory with practise what is always the main problem in learning process. With the aim to implement these knowledge to get real skills participants had for days of practical workshops and discussions about their own experience with intercultural groups, to make it more real we will use outdoor and adventure pedagogic, which will help us to reach real communication between participants.
We was discuss and find out the reasons why problems happen in intercultural groups and how to find a way to solve them, which aspects we can change and which we can not. After making clear reasons of behaviour we were design methods of pedagogical influence and to look for opportunities to change things into better.
Therefore we chose as main pedagogical method intercultural learning and outdoor pedagogies – learning by doing, learning from own experience. A participant was learning from personal actions, mistakes and success. During training we was cover such topics as group rules, participants’ and leaders’ role, programme designing for needs of participants and implementation in daily life, participants’ responsibilities and involving, succession planning, intercultural groups specifics, European traditions and behaviour.
